I’ve lived here for three years, and it’s been a great experience overall. The property is clean and well-maintained, with management always quick to address any maintenance issues—never had to wait long for a fix. It’s a quiet community, which made it a peaceful place to call home. My kids absolutely loved the two playgrounds and the pool; those amenities were a huge plus for our family. For the price, it’s hands-down the best value you’ll find in West Haven. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly spot.

Really nice my kids dad lives there and it's beautiful, we take our kids swimming all summer here and the water is perfect, it's always clean, never super crowded and busy. We feel very safe here and everyone is so friendly, it's for sure a nice and fun day when spent swimming here. And the apartments alone are gorgeous! They are so big and have a perfect layout, I can honestly say... I'm pretty jealous! The ONLY negative thing I can think of and would change.... would for sure be the cleanliness of the pool bathrooms. Especially the left one(if looking directly at it from inside the pool area) I love that we can all shower after swimming and it's helped us be on time to a lot of things without having to go home to shower first. Beyond that. It's a great place to call a home ♡

Our family moved from Nashville, TN to Settlers in June and Justin made the transition from 1700 miles away very easy and stress free! Since we have arrived the entire team has been very attentive, understanding and welcoming. Tara and Jill are great and very helpful. I’d like to also shout out to the maintenance team who did a superb job when we asked about our a/c unit getting cleaned! They were prompt, professional, informative and friendly! We love our townhome, it’s spacious and cozy and quiet! Only downfall, is we wish the back patios were more private, and the complex had a clubhouse to rent out. I recommend settlers to anyone..with the location, affordability, cleanliness, what more could you ask for!

I would definitely recommend living here !! We’ve only had a few issues but never anything with settlers landing themselves,. Neighbors can be very loud at times. It’s very convenient to be able to message them about any questions and concerns. Maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues we’ve had. There was a smell in the beginning I believe was from cats prior to someone living here and finding cat hair in places on the carpet and didn’t seem like the carpets were cleaned very well prior to moving in. Although it was nothing that couldn’t be fixed easily. All together with only a few issues I’d definitely recommend living here, especially for first time renters. Worth the price!!! Staff is amazing as well !!

I MISS LIVING HERE SO MUCH. I lived here for 4 years and just recently moved to another apartment an hour away (which by the way is SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE, has mostly rocks around the units, and brand new but not worth the price🙄). The maintenance staff is SO TIMELY, and so nice. The office staff is so great to work with as well. They are so understanding and willing to work with their residents. I’m seriously so sad to not be there anymore. The area is super well maintained, the grass is fantastic for dogs, and the area itself is so quiet and safe for families. I cannot rave enough about Settlers Landing. The price you pay for the apartments is beyond worth it. ❤️ I hope the office and maintenance staff sees this, and knows how much I genuinely loved being there. Much love from the (probably annoying) old residents of O206.

They have been absolutely amazing. We had a few issues when first moving in with our dishwasher. The DAY we moved in it leaked all over. They were very quick about getting it fixed and was finished the same day. We really appreciated that!! They will occasionally have little “contests” around holidays and it’s so cute and a lot of fun. For Christmas they did a “best balcony contest” and Easter they did an Easter egg hunt. Very cute! Leasing office and maintenance are very quick about responding to any issues we have had. 10/10 would recommend. The only thing that kind of bummed me out about was we thought the kiddie pool was a hot tub when we moved and we went out to go sit in the “hot tub” and found out it was a kiddie pool. But I guess that was on us for not checking!

We love living at settlers landing! My wife and I lived here back in 2021 and had nothing short of an amazing experience. We moved out for a while due to some family situations but once we were back on our feet we found it to be home again! We have a 1 year old who loves to go out and play with all of the other kids outside and we can’t wait for the pool to open! The office staff and maintenance staff are always on top of everything, if something needs to get done I shoot a text and it’s done within a day or two. They genuinely care about their residents and we always recommend settlers to our friends!!

With apartment complexes you never know how it will go, but I honestly have no complaints about living here for a year. I only needed to contact maintenance 2 or 3 times (one of which was entirely my fault) and they usually came later that day (never later than 24 hours). I never had any problems with management, and being able to just text the office with basic questions was great. When I decided to not renew my lease the process was super easy and I wasn't given any grief. They did keep about half of my security deposit, but frankly since the deposit was only a couple hundred I didn't lose much sleep over it. Probably the only two issues I can think of would be one: that barely anyone picks up their dog droppings. I never had any incidents with stepping in it because I generally didn't walk on the grass, but it's still annoying that people won't do the basics of dog ownership properly. And two: the online portal Domuso that they use for rent payments is pretty bad. The app always felt very buggy and barebones, but thankfully I never had any issues with my rent payments not going through. In any case, I could easily recommend living here. However, it's entirely possible that I just got lucky with my specific apartment not having any issues or just having quiet neighbors.

This was a great place to live! The office staff was amazing and so kind. They always had competitions, parties and surprised residents with pizza, candy, doughnuts. The pool party every year is a blast. The residents were nice and we made life long friends living there. A change of job and location was our reason for leaving. We had been there 3 years and were so sad to leave. Maintenence was always so quick to respond although it was few and far between because the great shape they kept everything in. Bi-annual checks were a breeze and the office keeps you well informed of any changes, local events or business. The pool was our favorite. Plenty of seats and shade tents. The townhouses are afforable and very spacious. They are pet friendly, provide free poop bags and ensure residents clean up after the dogs.

Loved living here! The management team is awesome. They answer the phone way more frequently than other apartment offices. They always got work orders taken care of very quickly and were very friendly. The 2 bedroom apartment had enough storage and space, and was well lit. Having 2 bathrooms was great. The covered parking is nice, and there was always enough parking for our second car. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because our upstairs neighbors were super loud so working from home was difficult sometimes. Management did their best to get them to be quieter but there’s not much they could do. Also the rent just ended up being too much for us so that’s why we had to move, but that’s the same with all other apartment complexes right now anyway.

I absolutely loved living at Settlers Landing. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The property is kept very clean, maintenance orders are handled very quickly, and there is always something fun going on (they do drawings for prizes and balcony decorating contests during the holidays). I've lived at a few apartments and their pool is the only pool I ever felt comfortable swimming in because it's kept clean and the lounge area is spacious. We also loved the soda vending machine! I could write an essay about how awesome these apartments are and all the great things we experienced. I would 10/10 recommend living here!

My wife and I have lived at settlers landing for over a year now and we absolutely love it here. Everyone in the office is so kind and caring and make living here the best. They are on top of everything and maintain such a wonderful community. The complex is in a great location and nothing is more than 10 minutes away wether its groceries, gas station, clothing store, mall, restaurants ect. In the winter the sidewalks and roads are well maintained and taken care of. Spring summer and fall look beautiful on the complex with trees, bushes and well maintained flowers and lawn. The maintenance team is wonderful and always does a great job. We started in a one bedroom apartment which was great but needed more room a year later and upgrades to a two bedroom. Thank you for such a wonderful place to live.

Shortly after moving in I received a birthday card I thought that was a really nice touch... They really work tirelessly ,The units are beautiful,the pool and hot tub have been great as well ,and the grounds are impeccably clean! This is a very clean and quiet community ... I would recommend Settlers Landing to anyone and everyone. The management staff is wonderful, something I never experienced with my previous SIX apartment complexes. They are helpful, answer maintenance requests usually within 24 hours, and have occasional events for residents. My only complaints are that the gym is somewhat small and there is no hot tub. I am so sad to leave!

Yes the dogs can be a little rambunctious and very few are dangerous, but this is a pet friendly apartment complex.) Overall great experience for the two years I lived there. Maintenance was hmmh. We contacted them several times, no answer, then went into the office and was told we needed to go online only for the website to not even work.

We came to Settlers Landing sight unseen, from Colorado because they were one of the few places that would take our sweet 70 pound Turbo Dawhg! We were only going to stay there till we could find a house to rent in Ogden. After several months of looking, we realized that we couldn’t find a house that we liked as much as our cozy, not too little, apartment. This became the “love factor”. If we didn’t find a house that we loved as much as the apartment, then we would stay put. We stayed there seven years! We loved our apartment, the grounds, including the pool and dog park, our view from the 3rd floor, and the amazing staff at Settlers Landing. If we had a problem, the maintenance people came right away and fixed what needed fixing, and the staff in the office were always warm and friendly! We loved Settlers Landingl. Thank you for making Ogden feel like home!!

Settlers Landing is the best apartment complex my family and I have lived at! I would refer anyone to come live at Settlers Landing. The management is super nice and so is the maintenance men. If you have a problem with your unit, they are pretty quick to come out and come look/fix the problem in a timely matter. They're always upgrading things around outside and making sure it looks really nice for their tenants. Definitely see my family and I staying here for longer, this will be our 3rd year here! Amazing place to live! 10/10 recommend. :)

The biggest issue we have is the parking. E have people parking in the area that are way down and in different buildings. Maintenance group is great. Friendly and very competent. I do think that cutting back on watering the grassy areas would be appropriate we do live in a high desert.

I love almost everything about this place. The apartment itself is wonderful; the staff are awesome, and we just feel happy here. The only complaint I have is the internet. Settlers and Claradon Village are managed by the same company, and both have mandatory media packages that are comparable in price. But Claradon's internet and TV are significantly better than Settlers. Knowing I could get over double the internet speed for less than half the price elsewhere is also frustrating to say the least. I would love the option to drop TV altogether and just have faster internet. Alas. Still would highly recommend this complex and community.

I LOVE living here. The staff is wonderful, the maintenance takes care of things 99% of the time on the same day, and the prices are competitive. It's a quiet neighborhood that I felt good about bringing my kids to. I had to give it 4 stars only because they are not completely straightforward with pricing. Before you spend the money to apply, they don't tell you about administrative fees, mainentance fees, etc. Small charges that add up. I really don't like the mandatory media package either. And when you transfer or leave and ask about how much things will cost, they are hesitant to give you a number. They could at least give you a minimum (remaining utilities and mandatory carpet cleaning) and popular charges. You kind of have to dig for it. But are they nice and happy to answer questions? Absolutely. Are their charges similar to other places? Definitely. I just appreciate when people are more open.

Yes the dogs can be a little rambunctious and very few are dangerous, but this is a pet friendly apartment complex.) (Update: I like how friendly all of the staff members are and how promptly they respond to situations reported to them of potential rule violations. This is a safe place to live in and I love it!) (Update: I love how professional the staff is and how prompt they are in responding to inquiries about the complex and incidents/rule violations. I lived here for a year with my girlfriend and my two dogs, I have lived at a handful of apartment complexes and this was by far the best. The walls are super thick to the point you almost forget you even have neighbors! Everything is very well kept, plus the dog park is a huge bonus! The management is good at communicating and very understanding of your concerns.

Settlers Landing does an excellent job keeping the entire complex clean and beautiful. All of the staff from the office, maintenance, and the grounds keepers could not be more helpful, friendly and efficient. I've only had one problem since I moved in 10 months ago and that was the garbage disposal. I called and within a couple of hours they were here to fix the problem. It's been a wonderful place to live!

Settlers Landing Apt is a wonderful place to live. The apts are lovely as well as the grounds. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that they have a tendency to charge you for every little thing they can while your there. When we moved out of our apt they charged us $350 over the already paid deposit of $300. I can't imagine what would cost $650 when there was no damages to the apartment. We only had a couple of nail holes in the wall. But even if they charged me to fix that, and a few other thing's if they came up, shouldn't my deposit cover at least most of that cost. I just don't understand. Maybe I'm being punished for something I did that I'm not aware of. Anyway, the rest I have nothing but good to say about. It's just the finance office that I have had problems with.

Customer service is above par. The lawns and common areas are always clean. The maintenance team spends time every day clearing debris left from other renters. The office manager knows me by name and I can tell that they take time to learn their occupants. The only reason I give four stars is because of the a/c. I rent the largest until available. I have a two story townhome. The a/c unit isn’t near large enough to adequately cool the home in the summer months. Our upstairs floor reaches temps of 85 and above with the thermostat set on 70. It’s extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, considering all of the bedrooms are upstairs. My son asks to stay at his grandparents house more often than not because his room is miserable to sit in. Considering the amount I pay monthly in rent, I consider this a significant downfall.

I only took a star away because my apartment was right near the road and the traffic is incredibly loud on Midland. I lived there for three years though, so all the good made up for the traffic.

No complaints what so ever. We had a 1 year lease here while we were looking at purchasing a home. we Found a house February and our lease was not up until May. They do have multiple options to get out of the lease, none of them worked well for us so we completed our year here until we moved out (yesterday was our last day) I was bummed to turn the keys in, We had a great year here, the community was awesome, Dog park was fantastic, as well as the pool, BBQ area and parks. I have never live anywhere that was so maintained. There was definite pride in the property and that made us proud to live there. I definitely recommend any one looking to check out Settlers Landing. Office Staff was always courteous and kind. Brianna was who I always seemed to talk with and she was nothing short of helpful and professional .

My husband, my three children and I moved here from Florida almost two years ago and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! We have owned our own home for the past ten years but when we moved here we wanted to rent so that we could keep our options open. Renewing for the second year wasn't even a question, and we plan to renew again this year. My husband and I are both teachers which is quite draining, especially when we are busy after school with our own three kids. Living here takes so much off of our plate. The office staff is wonderful and quick to respond to anything I need. I love that they do the little things for me, like unclog my shower or sink drain!! After owning a home for so long and having to take care of EVERYTHING yourself I feel pampered! My three children, ages 7,9, and 11, love being here and don't want us to buy a house and move, despite the fact that this is the closest quarters we have ever lived in. And every time my mom visits she raves about how great it is and says she doesn't want us to leave (at least just yet). I really cannot say enough about how much I enjoy living here.
