I would recommend Settlers Landing to anyone and everyone. The management staff is wonderful, something I never experienced with my previous SIX apartment complexes. They are helpful, answer maintenance requests usually within 24 hours, and have occasional events for residents. My only complaints are that the gym is somewhat small and there is no hot tub. I am so sad to leave!

Do not recommend moving here!!! I have tons of bugs coming in through a hole in the seal in my front door. They are coming from the tree that is planted right out front. I have asked the complex to spray for bugs more then once and the soonest they are willing to come spray for bugs is 3 weeks out from when I first reported the infestation. There are so many I have to vacuum them daily. I also wake up multiple times a night with them on me in bed. Not only that I am 39 weeks pregnant and will have to bring a newborn home to a house full of bugs. Strongly recommend finding somewhere else to live if you donât like living in a mess of bugs when your house is clean. Also I have tried to spray for bugs myself but it is not working. It is a job for the professionals. The pictures attached arenât even the worst of it. I took the picture after I had vacuumed some of the bugs up.

Great place to live. I feel very safe here. Staff is wonderful to answer any questions. Maintenance and grounds keeping keeps things maintained and clean.
