I lived at settlers landing for about a year and a half and i only have positive things to say about them! Tara and Jill were my absolute favorite! They always had a smile on their face and responded kindly and with care! They are always so quick to help out and make sure that everything is okay. Maintenance was always super nice and fast whenever they would stop by! The pool there is so nice and clean, the gym was always available and i cannot say this enough, my dog absolutely loved the dog park! I would 100% recommend this place for anyone.

Ive really appreciated how the staff and manager have been very attentive, and responsive. I have only been here for a couple months, but in that short time, they have been fantastic. The buildings are clean and well taken care of. Had a couple issues with the appliances and put in the work order. Same day, they were fixed by the professionals Ryan, Josh, and Alex. Top notch. I have been a life long renter with no plans (or desire) on the horizon to purchase anytime soon. I can see myself here for quite a while (given rent doesn't go up. Even then, its not in the staffs hands). Of all the places Ive rented so far, Settlers has been one of the best. A lot of complexes get terible reviews, but if you just follow the agreement you sign, and are a decent person thats considerate, the place is great!

Ryan and Josh the maintenance men were very nice and fixed the issue in under 5 minutes. Also they were very respectful. Highly recommend them. Settlers landing is a wonderful place to live. The pool is amazing and always clean. The office staff is super nice and the kids love going to get goodies from them. The parks are great and I love that they have cameras watching the park. Highly recommend living at Settlers Landing!!

We moved out months ago but we lived at Settlers Landing for 9 years. Tara and Jill have always been so nice to us and responsive to anything that we needed fixed or just general questions. Our kids loved how the office always had goodies and activities for them. Their favorite part was their swim party every year we are definitely going to miss the pool. They try hard everyday to keep Settlers Landing running and keeping tenants happy like any other place it isnt perfect but we loved it for our kids it was safe and fun for them they would be outside all day playing with the neighbor kids. Also shout out to Maintenance Ryan and his crew always on top of things when we needed anything fixed or replaced. Thanks Settlers Landing for a great 9 years.

This has to be one of the top places to live in Weber county. Between the 5 star amenities and the beautiful smiles you encounter in the office you truly cannot go wrong living here 10/10 I would 100% recommend. We just moved in and Maby the lovely young lady in the office that helped walk me thru the whole process like I was friend, not just her tenant, left such a great taste in my mouth that getting settled here was such a breeze!!! I appreciate the care she showed on my situation. Mine was a special case and she handled it like a pro.. Thank-you!!
