Trash, bugs, bad hoa vibes, poop, fees after fees
Pros: maintenance is always responsive and tries. Front office is nice until you sign the lease.
Cons: TRASH dumpsters constantly over flowing with trash, furniture will sit for weeks before its removed. Trash will sit for days to weeks on the side, depending on the amount.
BUGS:This place is infested with black widows, regular spiders, stink bugs, boxelder bugs, WASPS WASPS WASPS and many other but those are the main culprit. Even after spraying for bugs upon my 1st month being thier I was killing a black widow every few days and see them all over the property
BAD HOA VIBES If they can see anything in your house or outside they will constantly put notice and fees if you have anything outside or I side they dont approve of. Very strict on what you can put up or have on patio.
POOP dog poop everywhere grass, side walks
FEES they love thier fees for any little thing wrong however just regular fees on top of base rent are 130 internet, 20 parking spot, water sewer trash cameras and property tax (yes you pay for cameras and property tax) about 150 it changes depending on water usage for the property.
MISC Grounds will leaf blow your stuff all over the place, dishwasher and washer/dryer are cheap and janky, staff is rude after lease is signed, they text you non stop and leave notices at the door often
