Settlers Landing is the best apartment complex my family and I have lived at! I would refer anyone to come live at Settlers Landing. The management is super nice and so is the maintenance men. If you have a problem with your unit, they are pretty quick to come out and come look/fix the problem in a timely matter. They're always upgrading things around outside and making sure it looks really nice for their tenants. Definitely see my family and I staying here for longer, this will be our 3rd year here! Amazing place to live! 10/10 recommend. :)

We lived here for 2 years. The maintenance staff was quick to get the repairs done. It is a great location and the amenities are great! If you have a financial downfall unexpectedly though...they are not very forgiving of the circumstances.

Due to Covid-19 my husband and I had to move out to find cheaper rent. We gave a 30 day notice, and explained our situation. We gave them proof that I was temporarily laid off. They said that we had to give 60 day notice and if they couldnât find someone to rent our apartment when our lease is over they would charge us a whole months rent even if we arenât living there. They ended up finding someone to rent our apartment and let us know we were all good to move out. We thought everything was good and moved out and turned in our keys. Only to find out they charged us rent for the two weeks after for them to do cleaning and repairs. I was not made aware that we would have to pay this and when I called to talk it out with them, they didnât care at all. There is so sympathy even with the Covid pandemic. The reason we moved out was to find cheaper rent because I wasnât working for 6 weeks. But instead we end up paying double rent for two weeks. Thanks settlers landing for making this stressful time during the pandemic harder. It goes to show they donât care about their tenants or their situations.
