Have lived here for 2 years and enjoyed it more than an apartment we’ve ever lived in. Love the play areas, the basketball court, and having a nice pool! The office is amazing to work with. They’re quick to get back on maintenance requests and any other help needed. Couldn’t rave about this place enough!

We just moved and couldn't be happier, the apartment is so clean and comfortable, we immediately felt like we are home.

This place looks good, but the 60 page rental lease should be your 1st clue not to rent from them. There are so many hidden its unreal. So apartment isn't bad but you can hear everything from a toilet flush to walking across the floor. Parking is terrible. We stayed there for 2years and once lease was up we looked for a new place because the rent goes up every year. Not realizing you have to give a two month notice. Tries talking to tara about it and all she says is Its in the contract. They are in it for the money. If you like when you move into won't by the years end.

It’s a great place to live and the staff is great. It has gotten more expensive but that’s my only problem.

I will never pay the amount that they charge for an apartment that is as old as it is, especially when it is cheap carpet, linoleum flooring and basic appliances. You search around for the same price and you could almost get a brand new apartment. They charge you an arm and leg when you move out if the whole apartment isn’t spotless.
