The biggest issue we have is the parking. E have people parking in the area that are way down and in different buildings. Maintenance group is great. Friendly and very competent. I do think that cutting back on watering the grassy areas would be appropriate we do live in a high desert.

I gave it a 3 star because itâs a greater starter apartment, people were great in my building, etc. I will say tho all those random fees, things getting mixed up in the office, miscommunication through the office with me personally I just really didnât like that not knowing where my money was going sometimes. Like I said itâs a super clean place the people that work here are great if you need something to get fixed their there. Itâs just the office ppl.

Very misleading. They said it would cost 39.95 for an application fee. After I paid this they changed the requirement to 39.95 per person over 18 . They wanted to charge 159.80 just to run the application. This is just plain greedy. Don't waste your money
