I lived here for a year with my girlfriend and my two dogs, I have lived at a handful of apartment complexes and this was by far the best. The walls are super thick to the point you almost forget you even have neighbors! Everything is very well kept, plus the dog park is a huge bonus! The management is good at communicating and very understanding of your concerns.

Everyone that works here is always happy to help you out no matter what your issue may be, the maintenance crew is always fast and courteous in getting problems fixed, the office personnel are always happy to help they make it a enjoyable place to live

Great place... Until you move out and they charge you to remodel/ clean/ replace everything/ etc etc... We had the place cleaner then when we moved in and got a letter from a collection agency for $1500 saying the place was trashed... Also, if you plan on staying a while sign the longest lease they allow, because they will Jack up your rent every time you sign a new lease! Good luck!

We had two issues. First we applied for an apartment that we were told would be available september 14. After applying we were called and hour later and told someone else applied for it already and another wouldn't be available until october 6th. Even though it was way passed the date we needed to move we applied anyway because we didn't have another choice. Then we were declined for credit reasons and they wouldnt tell us why despite having a cosigner with no debt and a score of 700, and good rental history. They wouldnt let us pay a full security deposit even though we begged them and offered it several times. If your credit score is less than 700 do not waste your time with applying. We thought the property was nice and the lady named mandi at the front desk was nice but they simply aren't willing to work with you.
