I have lived in the complex for about 4 months. I think the staff is really nice, great neighbors, really nice pool, and love that they are pet friendly. The only complaint is I wish they weren't so pricey.

just moved in and i have had water in my unit (bedroom) . . . i have 6 ac vents and only 1 works. sure wish they care as mush about keeping me as a tennent as they did getting me in here. . lets see how long it takes before i get my attorney involved. Wow . . to think i was actually excited about moving in.... should have listened to the reviews i think the maintenance guys are trying just dont appreciate the dont care attitude of the the office personnel. so far i have only spoken to jenna.

My husband, my three children and I moved here from Florida almost two years ago and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! We have owned our own home for the past ten years but when we moved here we wanted to rent so that we could keep our options open. Renewing for the second year wasn't even a question, and we plan to renew again this year. My husband and I are both teachers which is quite draining, especially when we are busy after school with our own three kids. Living here takes so much off of our plate. The office staff is wonderful and quick to respond to anything I need. I love that they do the little things for me, like unclog my shower or sink drain!! After owning a home for so long and having to take care of EVERYTHING yourself I feel pampered! My three children, ages 7,9, and 11, love being here and don't want us to buy a house and move, despite the fact that this is the closest quarters we have ever lived in. And every time my mom visits she raves about how great it is and says she doesn't want us to leave (at least just yet). I really cannot say enough about how much I enjoy living here.

If you are in the military, I absolutely would NOT recommend. They have a "military clause," but will charge you a lot of money for cleaning fees, carpet cleaning, and etc. on top of keeping your deposit. Not only that, but if you have a "balance," they won't bother to contact you at all. They will just sue you over three years later. Like my husband said below, they are trying to charge me over $800 for fees and their attorney. Not to mention, they won't even tell me what the $600 in charges are even for! Needless to say, I pay my bills. This is just a ridiculous way to treat someone. The worst part is, I only had to leave my apartment due to orders 15 days before my lease was up anyway. I wouldn't live here under any circumstances, especially if you are ever planning to get orders.

Rip off. And the dog park sucks. The will charge you fee after fee after fee for the dumbest stuff. Like hanging a blanket to dryer on my balcony. The washers are small and sucks so where else do I dry my blanket. You have to pay their company to clean not hire someone else or even do it yourself. Our neighbors smoke weed and cigarettes and the smoke goes in our unit. The doors don't keep shut. When you ask for maintenance crew to fix something they just walk in without being let in like they own it but it the agreement it says they will never just walk in without letting you know or ask. The pet rule says under 100 pounds and restricted breeds. But they are here. Our neighbor has a mean pit bull dog that has snapped at our dogs. A 80 pound kid is pulled along by this 120 pound pit bull mix dog. The dog is mean and the boy has no control over it. Parking sucks. They give you one spot but most people have more than one car. So non covered park is full everywhere by 6pm. Don't live here unless you want to be ripped off.
