Was a great place to live untill we started getting fined for stuff and then we transfered from a 1 bedroom into a two bedroom...(You would think they would realize they would be making more money by us paying $100 more each month) We had to pay a $300 transfer fee that covered just the transfer that they had nothing to do with besides making up a new lease and then after we left charged us $65 to clean the already very clean carpets! Let me know if you have any questions...I am in o-107
