Lived there for 2 years. Office was responsive and on top of maintenance and communication. They didn’t do much to enforce people cleaning up after their dogs, so there were periods of time, the grass was covered in feces. I had a dog and we signed an agreement going over what was expected and picking up after them was required, I was disappointed it didn’t seem to be enforced when I lived there. Another thing to note was how loud it was because the walls are so thin, I could hear my upstairs neighbor relieving themselves in the bathroom every morning when I got up for work. I understand living in an apartment complex, you are bound to hear some noise, but I should not be able to hear my neighbor taking a leak. There are definitely better places to rent from, especially for how much you’re paying.

Really nice my kids dad lives there and it's beautiful, we take our kids swimming all summer here and the water is perfect, it's always clean, never super crowded and busy. We feel very safe here and everyone is so friendly, it's for sure a nice and fun day when spent swimming here. And the apartments alone are gorgeous! They are so big and have a perfect layout, I can honestly say... I'm pretty jealous! The ONLY negative thing I can think of and would change.... would for sure be the cleanliness of the pool bathrooms. Especially the left one(if looking directly at it from inside the pool area) I love that we can all shower after swimming and it's helped us be on time to a lot of things without having to go home to shower first. Beyond that. It's a great place to call a home ♡

Our family moved from Nashville, TN to Settlers in June and Justin made the transition from 1700 miles away very easy and stress free! Since we have arrived the entire team has been very attentive, understanding and welcoming. Tara and Jill are great and very helpful. I’d like to also shout out to the maintenance team who did a superb job when we asked about our a/c unit getting cleaned! They were prompt, professional, informative and friendly! We love our townhome, it’s spacious and cozy and quiet! Only downfall, is we wish the back patios were more private, and the complex had a clubhouse to rent out. I recommend settlers to anyone..with the location, affordability, cleanliness, what more could you ask for!

I love where I live! The front office is great, friendly, and extremely helpful! The maintenance is quick to respond and fix everything and anything! Lots of things to do with the playgrounds and pool! Could not have asked for a better place to live!

I would definitely recommend living here !! We’ve only had a few issues but never anything with settlers landing themselves,. Neighbors can be very loud at times. It’s very convenient to be able to message them about any questions and concerns. Maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues we’ve had. There was a smell in the beginning I believe was from cats prior to someone living here and finding cat hair in places on the carpet and didn’t seem like the carpets were cleaned very well prior to moving in. Although it was nothing that couldn’t be fixed easily. All together with only a few issues I’d definitely recommend living here, especially for first time renters. Worth the price!!! Staff is amazing as well !!

ALOT of apartments. Inconvenient visitor parking. But I only went to visit my granddaughter and Great granddaughter. Good time.

When we first moved in noticed a nasty smell that was trying to get covered up by air fresheners. Tonz of animal hair on carpet had to buy a stronger vacuum. Found previous tenants cup in shelf. But living there was okay and Office people were nice but the additional hidden fees are too much. Always hate walking my dog outside due to Ants around the apartments. Hired cleaning lady to clean before moving out, did my own inspection no doubt was cleaner and better smelling than when we first moved in but still was charged for cleaning. App to pay rent some option chargesa fee (domuso). Hard to find parking most time because lots of company cars are parked there and cars that are left there don’t ever move.
