When we first moved in noticed a nasty smell that was trying to get covered up by air fresheners. Tonz of animal hair on carpet had to buy a stronger vacuum. Found previous tenants cup in shelf. But living there was okay and Office people were nice but the additional hidden fees are too much. Always hate walking my dog outside due to Ants around the apartments. Hired cleaning lady to clean before moving out, did my own inspection no doubt was cleaner and better smelling than when we first moved in but still was charged for cleaning. App to pay rent some option chargesa fee (domuso). Hard to find parking most time because lots of company cars are parked there and cars that are left there donât ever move.

I MISS LIVING HERE SO MUCH. I lived here for 4 years and just recently moved to another apartment an hour away (which by the way is SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE, has mostly rocks around the units, and brand new but not worth the priceð). The maintenance staff is SO TIMELY, and so nice. The office staff is so great to work with as well. They are so understanding and willing to work with their residents. Iâm seriously so sad to not be there anymore. The area is super well maintained, the grass is fantastic for dogs, and the area itself is so quiet and safe for families. I cannot rave enough about Settlers Landing. The price you pay for the apartments is beyond worth it. â¤ï¸ I hope the office and maintenance staff sees this, and knows how much I genuinely loved being there. Much love from the (probably annoying) old residents of O206.

We just moved in and we are loving it! Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming! They made sure everything was exactly what we wanted/needed. We even got a welcome basket. They definitely go above and beyond to make you feel like youâre at home. Thank you for providing us a place where we feel comfortable and safe to call this our home!

good maintenance crew, everytime we have an issue or need something fixed they do it quickly and are very polite. Thank you so much TJ Jensen for fixing our washer machine:) And also very respectful, even if we are not home we can trust them to come in and out to fix what needs to be done.

Apartment hunting can be stressful but I am so thankful I stumbled upon this apartment complex. I've been living here for half a year now and I can't imagine living anywhere else! The property inside and out is well maintained and makes it feel like home. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the lookout for an apartment!

Settlers Landing is the best! Prices are fair, the apartments are very nice/modern and the property always looks amazing! The pool and gym are soo nice my girlfriend and I love to use them! Staff is friendly and maintenance is always fast to respond. 10/10 and would definitely recommend!
