The shower head was quickly replaced! but the toilets installed are a cheap brand...collects stains easily inside the bowl. the back of the seat back broke but not replaced. Nice floor layout for one or 2 people and 2 bathrooms.,.. front room is very small. forget a recliner unless no coffee table. rent went up again. pool nice in summer.

With apartment complexes you never know how it will go, but I honestly have no complaints about living here for a year. I only needed to contact maintenance 2 or 3 times (one of which was entirely my fault) and they usually came later that day (never later than 24 hours). I never had any problems with management, and being able to just text the office with basic questions was great. When I decided to not renew my lease the process was super easy and I wasn't given any grief. They did keep about half of my security deposit, but frankly since the deposit was only a couple hundred I didn't lose much sleep over it. Probably the only two issues I can think of would be one: that barely anyone picks up their dog droppings. I never had any incidents with stepping in it because I generally didn't walk on the grass, but it's still annoying that people won't do the basics of dog ownership properly. And two: the online portal Domuso that they use for rent payments is pretty bad. The app always felt very buggy and barebones, but thankfully I never had any issues with my rent payments not going through. In any case, I could easily recommend living here. However, it's entirely possible that I just got lucky with my specific apartment not having any issues or just having quiet neighbors.

This was a great place to live! The office staff was amazing and so kind. They always had competitions, parties and surprised residents with pizza, candy, doughnuts. The pool party every year is a blast. The residents were nice and we made life long friends living there. A change of job and location was our reason for leaving. We had been there 3 years and were so sad to leave. Maintenence was always so quick to respond although it was few and far between because the great shape they kept everything in. Bi-annual checks were a breeze and the office keeps you well informed of any changes, local events or business. The pool was our favorite. Plenty of seats and shade tents. The townhouses are afforable and very spacious. They are pet friendly, provide free poop bags and ensure residents clean up after the dogs.

I have been with Settlerâs Landing for over a year now and yesterday was the first time I had to call the after hours maintenance line. Ryan was quick to respond and walk me through what I needed to do to get my heat working again. Just wanted to send a shout out to Ryan for his help!

WOW WOW WOW!!! We are loving our new home and loved our welcome gift :) SO NICE! We are very impressed with the professionalism from every staff member! Shout out to the office staff for helping us have a smooth move-in experience and a BIG shout out to TJ for awesome maintenance service!
