The present situation and what I've been breathing for months even after requesting a filter change is an HVAC unit chalked full of black mold.

Had a great Experience living there but when we left the place they sent us a 1800 dollar that we need to pay for the damages but we left the apartment in good condition i am sure they do it with everybody who moves out

I absolutely loved living at Settlers Landing. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The property is kept very clean, maintenance orders are handled very quickly, and there is always something fun going on (they do drawings for prizes and balcony decorating contests during the holidays). I've lived at a few apartments and their pool is the only pool I ever felt comfortable swimming in because it's kept clean and the lounge area is spacious. We also loved the soda vending machine! I could write an essay about how awesome these apartments are and all the great things we experienced. I would 10/10 recommend living here!

Terrible place. Apartment was dirty when I got there. Plumbing barely worked. Shower was always cold. (Always called to get fixed took 2 months). Blinds were already falling and breaking before I even moved in they taped them together to put them up. Dryer never drys. (Same problem as plumbing never gets fixed). Everything is built cheap here and breaks easy. Iâm the contract they way over price repairs. If one blind breaks it is 80$ to replace through them. Would not ever recommend ever to anyone to live here.
