With apartment complexes you never know how it will go, but I honestly have no complaints about living here for a year. I only needed to contact maintenance 2 or 3 times (one of which was entirely my fault) and they usually came later that day (never later than 24 hours). I never had any problems with management, and being able to just text the office with basic questions was great. When I decided to not renew my lease the process was super easy and I wasn't given any grief. They did keep about half of my security deposit, but frankly since the deposit was only a couple hundred I didn't lose much sleep over it.
Probably the only two issues I can think of would be one: that barely anyone picks up their dog droppings. I never had any incidents with stepping in it because I generally didn't walk on the grass, but it's still annoying that people won't do the basics of dog ownership properly. And two: the online portal Domuso that they use for rent payments is pretty bad. The app always felt very buggy and barebones, but thankfully I never had any issues with my rent payments not going through.
In any case, I could easily recommend living here. However, it's entirely possible that I just got lucky with my specific apartment not having any issues or just having quiet neighbors.
